pottery or barro negro vase. It is a rounded vase it measures approximately 5 1/2" high by 4" wide. It is
signed on the bottom "Dona Rosa Coyotepec, Oaxaca, Mexico". Dona Rosa's work is included
in many very important collections around the world, including the" Rockefeller " collection.
Examples of her work are also in the Smithsonian collection. This piece is a beautiful example of her early works.
The condition is very good with only some minor surface scratches. No cracks or chips the piece is guaranteed
to be the authentic work of the artist " Dona Rosa " herself .

Marked on bottom Roseville USA 18- 615". Marked in black pencil underneath the glaze are a 3 and B .

Marked on bottom Roseville U.S.A 457-8" ( see pictures ) This is an 8" inch bowl. There is a very small factory blemish with no color change on one tip of the left handle.
